Starting A Vegetable Garden
Most vegetables grow best if they are sown directly into the garden soil from seed. Some veggies, like tomatoes and peppers, are better suited to growing in containers or in raised beds.
Choose a sunny spot, with a minimum of eight hours of sunlight a day. Avoid areas that receive a lot of shade, which reduces air movement and increases chances for disease.
